He's a lot of body to run around.... just ask Shawn Alexander or Tomlinson about it. He was a huge factor in the Superbowl, was SO happy to see him get a sack.

Man I love Big Casey. I thought maybe after XL that he might get complacent and show up at camp a little out of shape but NO.

I'll never forget the way he plowed the entire Viking O-line into their own endzone. It was like watching building blocks tumble.

He was never in shape... but seriously he is very underated ,with our D you have to have a BEAST NT to take pressure off LB's. and he is the Beast!!!

"in Shape" is relative. I guess what I meant to say is injury free. But I don't want to jinx us.
