Boulware would be awesome. Haggans is over-rated. He does the bare minimum on the field. Plus he was partly responsible for Joey P getting shot. Boulware could come in and start. Haggans can be a situational special teamer for all its worth. Ty law is not washed up. He will have two good seasons left at least. Hell look what Rod Woodson did.
