They need to get all the players pictures on Madden updated. It's kinda sad that Keenan McCardell has been on the Chargers for 2 years, this season being his 3rd, & his picture still has him in his Tampa Bay jersey....Some guys don't even have a picture, like Nate Washington for example....They need to update the pictures every year

Madden is your only choice with the new NFL exclusive agreement with EA so if you are jonsing then grab it. My distaste for it comes from them feeling content to jsut release a roster update and a few minor tweaks. It is still basically the same presentation that it has been for the last 3 to 4 years.

Check the free agent WRs. He is in there for some dumb reason.

Overall. The 2007 version is a major let down. Some of the written graphics look like they were taken from the 1995 version. They could have taken another picture of Ryan Clark instead of him with the Giants blue from a few years ago. This is just plain lazy by EA. At least Santonio has a profile picture.

the reason they don't have willie reid cuz we didn't sign him for a whilke and then the rosters were set.. just like ty law and micheal robinson aren't on there teams they took too long to sign and the game couldn't put them on the roster if they are not signed.. i like the game very much

Yeah, I just realized that Reid is on the FA list.

Based on that logic, Holmes should have been on the free agent list as well as he was the last Steeler pick to get signed. It was just a numbers game with Reid until the final rosters are set.

I believe the first rounders always make the team in Madden...they hold off on the rest if not signed...

Your are right. 1st rounders are expected to be in the lineup.

On a side note, is it me or does the pass coverage in this years version blow. Bascially there is no D in this years game. I have played a handful of online games and they all have been shootouts. 48 to 40 type scores. My guys are getting burned on long plays, even with Dime coverages. This kind of sucks as I like to blitz 80% of the time with at least one guy.

On the flip side, I have been averaging at least 400 passing yards per game (5 minute quarters). I love the new feature to change the primary target to another guy, especially if I see a corner sneaking in for a blitz.
