What? That alone totally discredits this poll.

As for why Hines is on the list, it's already been stated. He's the best blocking WR in the league, and DB's hate that. I'm sure it's frustating to have a WR hold his block (legally) for the entire play, not to mention when he comes from nowhere and flattens your ass. Most receivers are mediocre blockers at best. Ever watch T.O. block? It's pathetic. DB's aren't used to it, and I'm sure they look at it as dirty, when it's anything but that.

it seems everybody in the NFL agrees. the hit by kimo (now we have to start differentiating b/t kimo and kemo but tht is a different thread) was not dirty. is looks like not a single person voted for him. shows how dirty the rest of the league thinks he is.
