Happy Thanksgiving!! Ravens Poem 11/26/06

Last Sunday afternoon was a real Dawg fight
In the end the Browns bark was worse than their bite

Braylon Edwards started a verbal war
When it came down to it - he couldn't get the winning score

The first three quarters didn't go well at all
Ben was picked off and others dropped the ball

The Browns kept scoring from our mistakes
How is this happening? It's the Browns for goodness sakes

They are not the same team that took a 41-0 beating
Unfortunately till the 4th quarter they were leading

Then we were reminded of the Ben of old
Which makes me glad he wears Black & Gold

He ran for yards, completed passes, and kept making a big play
How about that last TD to Willie? It wasn't drawn up that way

The Browns had one more drive and it came down to a Hail Mary
Many of us couldn't watch - it was too scary

Browns games aren't supposed to come down to the end
But we won the game and started a new trend

For the first time this season we won two in a row
And now this week it's off to Baltimore we go

The Ravens are our rivals and they're playing pretty well
And in the past Steve McNair has given us some hell

That was then, this is now - records never matter
We'll give them leftovers and a loss on their silver platter
