Yes it does, but it is really the blood beginning to pool post-mortum (seriously) after that pencil neck of his was snapped like a twig. Wonder if Uday and Qusay saved Papa a seat on the grill?

Ok the hanging of Saddam really doesn't have no effect on me. Did he deserve to die? Hell yes he did. But how many of our soldiers will die now since Saddam was put to death? You know the U.S. will be blamed for this and the Saddam loyalist that still remain will be wanting some kind of pay back and I fear brave men and women will be targeted even more now.

Thanks HTG. I wondered about that. It is harder to tell from the pic where they were just putting the noose on.....kind of looked like he might have been bruised there too. Doesn't matter much at this point, as many have said, he's met with his reward. I'm betting that it's not a bunch of virgins.
