this is a recipe me and my buddy tom came up with while drinkin couple days prior to a game.
1 lb. Ground BEEF 3 tblsp. Minced or diced fresh garlic 1 tbsp. pepper 1/2 tbsp of paprika 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 bottle of A1 steak sauce Diced Parsley (use your judgement on how much you want in) a splash of beer or two (use good beer like Iron city, Pabst, Bud Select, Or Honey Brown) MIX ALL IN A BOWL, then form into burger patties Then Grill to perfection *also remember to put a little bit of oil on your grill so the meat doesnt stick* i know it isnt much but it sure is tasty.

I've had several variations of Roethlis-burgers here in the Burgh, BOXCAR, but your recipe sounds awesome. I'll definitely give it a try - thanks much!

That does sound good. A friend of mine adds Italian Sausage to mix with the beef when making burgers. Tastes really great and the burger is never dry.

I always use a combination in my meat sauce. I'll give that a try. Thanks!

This is a must try for me, next season I`m in. We always have a different theme each game, when we go Burgh food, the pierogies are for FCG

Cinammon? Seriously, I add about 2 tsp. of beer to mine - gives them an excellent flavor. I'm not a big beer drinker but I use beer (Heineken) in some of my best recipes!
