I wonder if this has anything to do with the South's performance (or better,....lack thereof) in the Senior Bowl ? The 'Rooney rule' is very effective in regards to creating opportunities. But at the end of the day,....the most qualified and or 'better man' should be given the job. I don't think it's a 'good look' to become too 'P.C' so to speak. Therefore i understand the Cowboy's desire to explore all options.
