Cowher now has nothing else to coach for but a SB title. Not saying he hasn't been trying since he's taken over. But I think there's more sense of urgency since he has all the right pieces, now. He has the best QB in his tenure, couple that will a RB that brings a added dimesion. He's got LeBeau back running his defense. I think this is a perfect year for him to finally get that monkey off his back. He needs to keep them focused if not we could be in for another short season.

Cowhers the man, period.

its nice to have a message board (unbiassed of course ) where you can mention and discuss cowher and not have 10 returned posts calling him a choker. he is definitely a better coach than shanahan, holmgren, or billick. but until he wins a sb will always be seen as inferior. although we all know cowher would have 3-4 rings with farve or elway instead of tomzac, kordell or odonnel throwing the ball.
