Old Steeler Stuff

I am a bit of a football history buff. I came across something interesting on the NFL's international web site. It seems that on Aug 6th, 1960 the Steelers played the Toronto Argonauts. This was a bit before my time. Any Steeler fans from the early sixties around that remember this game?

If I am remembering my Steeler history this was the Bobby Layne and John Henry Johnson era. I think these guys are some of the most interesting in Steeler history.

Did that source give the score?

I have never heard of this before,will do some searching for more details.Thanks for posting this new(sort of-lol) info!

Interesting! Not sure if CFL had 12 guys and 3 downs in 1960 but if they did I wonder what rules they played by.

Also, some things never change. They were arguing over injuries in 1960 pre-season football just like they do today.
