We lost out on a chance for a big win, no doubt. We lost as a team, the same way we lose as a team..but
Haggans had a career day.. finished with a career-high 12 tackles, but he also forced two fumbles and recorded his team-high third sack against the Patriots. Willie ran hard even though the OL couldnt give him much room. Heath Miller showed some more flashes when we used him Ward's 80+ yd TD catch from Ben was right on the money. The defense was all over the pats in the first half Hampton had a good game as well. While losing is never good, there were some positives on it. |

Definitely were positives in the game. Hines Ward is looking good. I really liked that play were Heath got the ball and rammed into the guys. Haggans really did have a hell of a game.

I noticed w/ the problems w/ injuries to their OL that they were double teaming Joey alot, so that definately helped Haggans. Taking nothing away from Clarke, he had a helluva day, but Joey couldnt seem to get much of a rush being double'd like that today. He can normally fight through it, he's not a pro bowler for nothing, but just couldnt be effective today.

Miller has to be used more, once he is, it will be one less line backer rushing because he will have to stay in the flats to watch miller. Giving ben a shot to go deep, or givingthe running back a little more room
