ESPN radio reported they tried to trade for Billy Volek and Patrick Ramsey, but were turned down...

The Titans would be crazy to let go of Voleck, how many times can McNair endure the hits he's sure to take this year. If I were Gibbs I'd give serious consideration to the offer. Ramsey has told the world he wants out so even if something happens to Brunell you know his heart isn't in it. Who's third string for them, anyone know?

They drafted a guy named Jason Cambpell this year in the draft and they do not have squat after him and Ramsey. If they traded Ramsey and Brunell went down I do not thjink they would rush in Campbell in there this year. Dont get me wrong Campbell will make a name for him in the NFL but he just is not ready yet.

Talent wise im still pretty convinced that the Redskins have a nice line-up at QB - certainly stronger than the patriots of last year.

The thing is - the Redskins O-Line is probably the worst in the league - along with the Texans, and Ramsey has had the stuffing knocked out of him after so many sacks and hits in his carrer there.

Despite having Portis they dont seem to have much of a running game either - they would certainly rank as one of my worst offensive units this year - along with Baltimore.

Ramsey would be much better off elsewhere but they dont want to let him go.

The Patriots didn't bother with swagger to start this NFL season; they went straight to defiant. Either you're one of them or you're about to get crushed.

I always thought BSP was a really good QB, at least he always performed for the Steelers. He shines every preseason, and I believe he'd be better to keep around then Batch. Sad to see him go, wish him luck with the Ravens..

The New York Jets signed former Texas Tech QB Kliff Kingsbury on Wednesday to be their third quarterback.

Kingsbury, taken by the Patriots in the sixth round of the 2003 draft, most recently was on the Denver Broncos' practice squad.

wtf? he is nothing more then a system qb from texas tech (look how many qbs with badass numbers there haven't made it in the nfl) if they have to go to him it's over for them they might as well just shut down the franchise
