Running QBs

OK there have been a vast selection of Running QBs in the NFL. Michel vick, Randall Cunningham, McNabb, Mcnair just to name a few.

But the question is can u name a running QB who has won a superbowl in the last 40 years. I could only think of one but it is alot harder than you think.

So running QBs may seem nice to have history proves wrong

I can't think of any, unless all the runs Ben used to make counts, then I can't think of any.
True, they are successful, but I really don't think they are needed to win a SB.

True, he might be considered an execption. But I think he was known better for other talents than running, or at least from my perspective.

A lot of Qbs with great mobility have won SBs - Steve Young is the most obvious, Montana and Elway also had big runs in SB games, Bradshaw and Staubach also had great mobility - I don't know - I think you can only classify a few QBs in history as pure runners ie Vick, Bobby Douglas, -- Randall Cunningham and Steve Young early in their careers led their respective teams in rushing but later became pure passers...
