Ahmad Carroll of the Jags Arrested;

Dang and I thought we would go longer without a arrest;

ATLANTA, GA -- Jacksonville Jaguars Cornerback Ahmad Carroll was arrested around 3am Saturday morning in Atlanta at a Midtown restaurant.

He was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a pistol without a license and possession of ecstasy.

Carroll was released on bond.

so carroll (who sucks, is a 1st round bust, and has pretty much no trade value) is swiftly cut. of course a team would never do this to a pro bowl starter. its nice that teams are making an effort to crack down on those with bad character problems, but until the rich players arent exempt (mike vick) little moves like these will always be for shown and probably hotly contested. theres already people screaming that ahmad wasnt convicted of nothing yet.
