It does, however, operate in the modern era of law suits for this very type of thing. I agree,there won't be a lawsuit over that.

It's being viewed as a mistake.He meant to send it to only a few select people,and due to being e-mail incompetant,emailed it to everyone he could send it to.

There is nothing to sue over,there is no valid case.

I didn't mean to imply that there will be a law suit over this ONE event, but if the NFL (and Steelers) just let this one slide, then they are opeining the door to somone coming along in the future claiming that an environment has been established that tolerates this stuff. With all the focus around conduct in this league I would not be surpised if the made an example (to some degree) of Mr. Zierlein.

Just my 3 cents.

The worst he'll get is a small fine.You can't really punish a guy for being email-illiterate.if the guy knew what he was doing,he would have never mass-mailed that file.

Yes.. I am glad that the Steelers players are level headed and I just hope that the organization does the right thing about this guy and the email.

The Steelers did have some offseason distractions this year, but look how quickly they disappeared. Just awesome.
