Nate Washington killed us in Atlanta....remember the big false start penalty before a spike to stop
the clock

sometimes it felt like Cowher was coaching against himself in some games....last year especially....remember the swinging gate punt play vs SD....That looked like a F'd up play during a high school scrimmage....but Cowher called it after our O became stagnent....It was like Bill panic'd and said uh-oh I NEED a gadget....you cant call gadgets out of need

the spike play was a good call from an x's and o's standpoint. execution and focus killed that game, not the playcall. i bet they hadnt run the spike drill in practice since before nate was drafted.

I and that same feeling two years ago in the regular season game against Indy....An onside kick at the beginning of the third quarter....We were already knocked back on our heels, and never recovered from Indy being able to jump on that ball on their own 40.....

LLT...

I actually liked that play. It worked well for us in SB 30. It just wasn't executed well. However, all of last year was just messed up!
