If the man is guilty, cut him and move on. Going by his past history, I wouldn't be shocked to find out that he is guilty. Up to this point though, this situation continues to seem a little foggy if you aske me.

I had heard that Tomlin took a day out of this week's practice to work some of the young guys, like Gary Russell.

Looks like there was a reason for this...

Since Goodell does not wait for convictions any more to suspend, kicking this can down the road until the offseason may not be an option.
