Davenport is getting arrested

anyone, at anytime, can go file charges against anybody , without any witnesses , on thier word alone !i know because it happend to me ! an ex girlfriends, ex boyfriend, claimed that i threatend him with a baseball bat. while it was true i did have a louisville slugger in my possession, i never said one word to him. and i never came within 15 ft of him. the moron overlooked the fact that there were 3 people who were present at the time, and when he found out i had witnesses, and was planning a harrasment lawsuit he dropped the charges.there's no law against owning a bat. anyhow, just because this buttmunch accused me, falsely or not, i was still finger printed and givin a court date with 5 charges pending!

Twice I have been charged with domestic violence by an ex-girlfriend of mine. Funny thing, the eye witness to both accounts were their new boyfriends. What kind of boyfriend doesn't kick the ass of the guy supposedly beating his girlfriend? Either a giant ***** (aka Bengals fan) or it's a lie.

No one here will ever know for sure what happened. Maybe she is a scorned woman looking for a payday, maybe he's a douchebag that hits women. All I know is that there are 52 other players on the team that all have wives or girlfriends that haven't been arrested this year. Where theres smoke there's usually fire. Like someone said earlier if this was a Bengal player most here would be all over this. But since he's a Steeler surely he couldn't have been guilty of what he is accused of?? He did go to UM.

What most people dont realize is that custody issues in most states are civil matters and not criminal matters...

So, if Najeh has had problems with custodial issues in the past..he KNOWS that the most that is going to happen is that an officer will show up and take a report that Najeh is to present to a judge to show non-compliance of whatever court agreement the mother and father worked out.

In a nutshell, if the mother in this case even went so far as to deny Najeh his court issued visitation or shared custody...an officer will not force her to do anything. He can make a recomendation to the mother and he can file a report...nothing else.

Most of the Domestic Custodial calls we get are from parties who are finally FED UP with the other party being non-compliant ...and the court/legal system failing them. In a moment of emotion at not seeing their child or in a moment of emotion due to harrassment by the second party...they do something stupid, and THEN it becomes a criminal issue.

I'm withholding judgement, just like I did with Santonio. I believe that was all about the money.

My ex-husband and two ex boyfriends all had domestic abuse charges brought against them by women they were in relationships with after me. None of them ever laid a hand on me in violence nor was I ever afraid they would. I would not get involved with, or have my son around men like that. I know in my heart that all three were innocent. Yeah.....it happens.

But if he is guilty, he should pay the price. And I'll support whatever the Rooneys decide to do with him.

I was giving the possible "emotional state" that causes Domestic Custodial situations...I dont condone ANYONE being stupid enough to cross the line that will get them into trouble with the Po-Po.

How do we know he did it? Dont forget Fred Lane, the poor guy who was murdered. He played for the Panthers and initial reports had him cast as a wife beater. Only after his wife killed him did we learn he was a victim. Innocent until proven guilty.
