Will someone help me understand ESPN ranking
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/powerranking
They have the Bengles ranked 23 with a 1-3 record, the Eagles ranked 22 with a 1-3 record, the 49ers ranked 21 with a 2-3 record. but the Browns are ranked below all of them 24 with a 2-3 record well after today a 3-3 record. The Browns beat the Bengles but they are still ranked above the Browns. Why does everybody hate the Browns????

Well, I don't think ESPN updates their ratings until Monday. The rankings mean nothing. But for what it is worth, media types tend to get stiff over teams with high powered offenses and players that act the fool. I think that explains why the Bungles have been so well liked by the press. As i said the rankings are unimportant, but I do agree your Browns are better than Cinci.

fox sports has them at 21 going into miami. with loses by some of the teams in front of them,they should jump up to around 17.
