I never thought I'd find myself defending Tommy Madox, but he rarely had time to pass, and the O line just did not pass block well.

Tommy sucks. How did he miss the 2 wide open receivers, the only two receivers on the field, the only two receivers he could possibly be looking for, on that 4th and one "Surprise pass play"? Instead of completing the pass to wide open receivers, he hesitated and took a sack.

Tommy is done. He lost the Jacksonville game, and he lost this game too. Hopefully, better players will be able to help the Steelers recover later what he single-handedly lost us in the first 2/3rds of the season.

Im so damn disgusted w/ this loss. All we needed was just ALITTLE bit of offense and this game would have been history well before the end of regulation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tommy made some nice plays but he over shot FAR too many receivers and made far too many bad decisions. The Oline blocked well enough at times for him to see the field but he just couldnt do it.

Essex had his hands full all day and that didnt help either.

Tommy's play was horrible to be expected.. But ultimately the play calling takes over as the game deciding factor....Cower and Wisen**** need to get there head out of there asses and start calling games to WIN not get by.....They showed today they have not a clue on which direction this team needs to go..Run it full time with a great qb.. And pass it all day with a horrible qb.. What sence does that make??? The Colts will eat us alive playing like this and we'll be the laughing stock if they can't come to grips with who the Steelers really are!!!!

Well to be honest, any offense will be able to score if they start all their drives on the 50! I dont understand the play calling either, how are we running 90% with Ben and Passing 90% with Tommy?? If there was ever a need to pound the football between the tackles, this was the game! The only good thing that came from this game was the Bungles lost so all we have to do is beat them at home.

We could have had a spark by putting in Jerome, maybe using Verron more, El.. Hell I could have went in there and gave us a spark the way our offense was going!!
