Don't count on it. Michigan lost the majority if not all of their major offensive production. It is never a good sign going into Penn State. Now, if they can get off to a fast start(Not like last year) then they should be fine.

that is the biggest piece of crap stadium i have ever been in. Oh, but it holds the most people

It's a big hole in the ground with wooden bleachers that are 6" wide
