A lose yesterday and a terrific win today keeps at 1 game away from .500.

Gorzo takes the mound against the Cubbies tomorrow and hopefully he can use his two terrible games against the cubs as fuel to be dominant tomorrow.

Hm, I was caught up in te Pens hoopla and I forgot the Pirates had a season. Oh, four games below .500 after that little tease coming off a blowout loss in Cincy. Last place in the Central, too.

Same old Pirates.

Nobody has posted in a while so maybe I'll liven things up.

The game tonight is very entertaining. The Bucs just scored 4 runs in the 4th. Pirates are up on the Pirates 10-7.

I can't wait to go to my first Pirate game. The stadium looks beautiful.

Hey Fins - how ya doing?

It is one helluva slugfest thus far. Did you see McLouth's HR that went over the seats and into the concession area? Holy moly - there's still 5 innings to go.

PNC Park is just gorgeous - you'll love it. There really isn't a bad seat in the house and the atmosphere, particularly during a night game, is awesome with the river and the boats traveling up and down. Are you coming to town soon?

No, I missed the HR. I will be going to a game sometime this season. I have been wanting to go since I moved up here in June of 07.
