I have Shaun on my FF team, and after he did not get that extra 2 yards last season, I hope Holmgren gives him the ball, so he can get the record.

would alexander suck behind arizonas or detroits line? probably. would that make him an average back? i dont think so. theres no smoke and mirrors with this guy. hes good real good. i dont think l. johnson or l.t. would do that much better behind the seattle line than he already does. a great line and runner go hand in hand. 1 doesnt necessarily make the other. weve seen 1st hand how willie parker has changed the dynamics of 1 of the best lines in the league.

this reminds me of the neverending debate of what barry sanders wouldve done behind emmitt smiths line and vice versa. personally i think barry wouldve done better but thats not to say emmit didnt have the talent to do well in detroit.

i cant look at backs like priest, l.j., jerome, curtis martin, lt, as average backs who just so happen to play behind great lines.

jerome would pound people into the turf no matter where he played. then again there have been games hes been stuffed with his great line. some days an opposing team just has your number.

That was a good pickup. He causes havoc to Defenses.
