the ecu pirates did it again today.. tey upset the west virginia mountneer's.. this is 2 weeks in a row tha they beat a virgina team (vt last week) both ranked with wvu being ranked very well... but ecu has beaten them both and looks like they could be a scare when teams play them this yr.. they should be ranked in the next ranking update

Where do they enter the top 25 tomorrow? If they do not, its a crime.

Maybe you need to take a quick Geography and History class lilyoder.

West Virginia is it's own state and not a part of Virginia. There was this little "incident" back in the late 1800's where a bunch of "southern states" wanted to secede from "the Union" and form their own country. A couple of "arguments came about" and large portion of the state of Virginia decided that they didn't like what their state was representing. So they seceded from Virginia and formed their own state.

I would start by looking up "The Civil War".

xfl i don't mean an actual nother team from the state of virginia.. i mean they beat another virginia team.. [B]Virgina[B] Tech and West Virgina like in the name...

but i think ecu should get into the low 20's.. i mean they did beat 2 good ranked teams.. if not then the system is stupid

I agree that they should possibly be ranked, but these rankings are based on preseason expectations. We all know that preseason rankings are senseless.

West Virginia is not a "virginia" team. Nobody from the "Commonwealth" of Virginia will have them. Nobody from the State of West Virginia would have a Virginia team. They're completely different and I won't have my #2 College team associated with anything from that "commonwealth".

i was just saying that they beat 2 teams with the name of virginia in it...

and the pre-season rankings are a joke.. but i think that if ecu doesn't crack the top 25 u hear some rumblings this week about how stupid the system is
