Yeah no surprise that Limas is inactive. He might make the active list by mid season. We, fortunately, have the luxury to let him mature and learn his position before it counts for him.

There are some surprises there. I would have thought that Smith and Roye would have been active. Keep in mid though tht the Texans don't have much of a running game, so that might explain some of these decisions.
