I know how difficult hospital stays can be. As I told you in my last pm I was recently hospitalized for allmost a week.

Try a Chinese hospital if you want to get totally PO'ed and disgusted. The bathroom in my room looked more disgusting than 3/4ths of the public bathrooms in the US.

I'm just glad you are ok. You are a Steeler fan, that automaticly makes you tough. Hang in their hun, we are here for you.

Yes, I'm doing fine now thanks. Just gotta change my diet and limit and drinking oh well I guess a small price to pay for one's health.

I got the remainder of the staples removed from my head on Monday and I have to see my doc in January so that we can decide where to go from here. At some point, I have to have new mesh put back into my forehead where they removed the infected mesh, as it is too risky to leave that area unprotected. I'm being very careful not to bump my forehead and not to fall.

Other than that - I feel great!

LMAO!!!!!

Actually - the hospital neurology resident gave me a helmet when I left the hospital and it looks like one of those football helmets from the 1940's. It is a soft helmet and does me absolutely no good if I'm hit in the forehead. I don't even wear it as it is as useless as teets on a bull.

Thank you, my dear friend.

Physically I feel absolutely great! I see my surgeon again in mid-January and we'll decide when Scalpin' #2 is going to take place.

On a positive note - on December 8th I was 7 years cancer free!
