I think this comes out of someone trying to make a case for the cards and looking at the season stats.

I haven't heard this line myself.

But for sake of argument, imagine that you're a sports journalism intern /slave somewhere and you don't follow the Steelers normally. You get tasked to analyze the game and you look up the stats. You can see all the sacks, take that as a weak point and say that the cards need to exploit that to win. This in itself is a resonable conclusion.

Saying Ben is more likely to be rattled than most is not accurate I think we agree. If BR and warner are both sacked 6 times, I think BR has the better passer rating of the two. Probably some decent rushing yards as well.

I think there is a difference between having a real bad game or games and being rattled.

The 2 games that come to my mind from this season are the Giants and Titans game. He just had awful games but I don't think for 1 second that he was rattled.

Ben takes chances and extends plays. Sometimes it gets on my nerves when he takes a sack instead of throwing the ball away but thats another story.

Edit: It's also worth noting that he can be rattled all game, but if you give him a chance at a game tying/winning drive, he'll quickly regain his composure.
Didn't we also have a holding call by Willie Colon call back a TD pass by us also?

Rattled or not, he's not a mental midget like McNabb....so, if they need to score with 2 minutes left then AZ is in trouble.

You'll have to be more specific; that happens once every two quarters.

In the Giants game, yes. I'm pretty sure it happened in another game as well, though I can't put my finger on which one it was ATM.

New to the boards guys, so be easy :)

Any QB can be rattled with the right pressure...ANY QB!
With that said, I will take Ben over Kurt when it comes to dealing with pressure. In fact, the entire Steelers team has dealt with tough games/conditions throughout the entire year. We are ready!
