I know that 8-8 teams have made the playoffs...how far back are we going though? Because I think their might have been a 6-8 team to make it in the 14 game schedule. Not sure

I would guess the strike year when Cleveland was 4-5 and made the playoffs. I think another team was also 4-5 and made it that year. I think that was 1982?
