Cake mix Cookies..

This is the easiest cookie recipe I have ever run across. You can use any flavored cake mix you like. I usually pick ones according to the occasion....ex: Valentine's Day Strawberry flavored, Chocolate for Halloween, Spice for Fall, for St. Pats Day white cake mix and add some green food coloring...etc..

For the Super Bowl I am going to use yellow cake mix ,and black colored sugar to roll the cookies in.

(Makes approximately 3 dozen)

1 box cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
Sugar(white or different colors depending on how you want to decorate)

-Preheat oven to 350
-Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl. Shape dough into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar.
-Place on greased cookie sheet
-Bake for 12 minutes

I LOVE making these cookies...they are delicious!

GO STEELERS!!

ALLRIGHT!!! Another thing for my wife to do. I'm glade she's been rehabilitated into a Steeler wife/fan. I'll just tell her that I'm talking to some REALLY nice Steeler Ladies that just want to help. LOL!!!!
