If you are grading him based on his campaign promises he deserves at best a D. A big part of his campaign and what won him the election is his promise get the troops out of Iraq. Now his plan is to have at least 50,000 until 2011, which is closer to what McCain and Bush proposed than what he did. His administration is a joke, Biden is a pathological liar. Any lib that is happy with this schmuck is a kool aid drinking drunk. He has not delivered anything close to his promises yet they still want to blow the guy. Down right embarrassing so far.
