Why not put Dungy in the booth? Yea he is dry. But here is a concept - put someone in the booth that knows football.

....and who isn't an absolute clown for a change. I'm sick of listening to idiotic caricatures in the booth. Summerall was the last broadcaster I actually enjoyed listening to.

It was probably the booze that made him tolerable.

I have a feeling Collinsdork would still be annoying even if he was drunk.

I miss Olsen. Enberg is a legend but his "oh my" became annoying at times and he has became a bit of a caricature himself at the end. I remember one year, while he was doing scores of others games, he actually said, "the Raiders are the best 3 and 10 team I've ever seen."

I just wish a big cane would come out and pull collinsdork out of the booth. While I don't share Dungy's belief in Vick, I respect it. Besides, I like his easy soft spoken manner of explaining what is going on. It is very reminiscent of Merlin Olsen, fansince'76.
