I'm all for term limits for ANY and ALL elected officials. Even dog catcher. I wonder if doing away with the electoral college would actually cause more voters to get off the couch and head to the polls ? Think about it. How do you think the popular vote would be affected if people were not sitting there thinking "'eh, I live in a red/blue state anyway, so what does it matter ?"

1) For every bill going through to our representatives, it must be written in clear, concise, no lawyerish language, and not include any pork

2) This same bill must be made available on every representatives website (including the one for the White House) and all constituents get to vote on the bill (every voter will be granted a personal log-on ID and password in order to vote) and the representative must vote the way of the popular vote from his constituents. If he fails to do so just once, then he will be removed from office immediately and a new 3-day election will be held to find his replacement.

The spirit of the idea is good. The problem would become the abuse by the acorns of the world that abuse such things. I doubt that it could be fairly implemented.

The relationship of the elected to their constituencies is akin to that of the electoral college to the electorate, it's balance. The framers correctly foresaw the abuse and fraud that could ensue from direct democracy. We are, in fact, a representative republic. We are not a democracy. Interesting, the names of the parties, huh?

Law # 9

All people over the age of 21 found guilty of sexual abuse, molestation, rape or muder of a child under the age of 16 will be put to death upon conviction.

(I use the age difference to allow for the Highschool Senior who turns 18 while dating a junior that is 17. Avoids the parents filing statatory rape charges and what not. But a 21 year old should not date a 15 year old.)

Prior to Running for Any Federally Elected Office, all records of education, writings, birth, appearances, campaign donations and donators and affiliations with any and all groups will be made public. Refusal to release School Records, Writings, Term Papers, Medical Records including Official Birth Certificates, Travel Records and Passports, with stamps and Country of Issue, and any and all other records the Public needs to see to know who they are voting for will hereby make any potential Candidate for Federal Elections officially Disqualified.

Any records of attending 3rd party Rallies, attending Klan Meetings or Flag burnings will be made Public PRIOR to the Election. Failure to do so will be an automatic Disqualification.

Law # 11

Illegal Immigration will be known as Illegal Immigration from this point forward. Anyone found to have entered this country in an Illegal way shall be detained and deported back to their country of origin at the expense of their Country of Origin. A fence shall be constructed in the more problematic locations and the National Guard will be used to Guard the Nation by patrolling the borders. The Coast Guard will also be responsible for checking Inbound Shipments of suspicious origin. Any Nation that knowing helps people illegally cross our borders will be held to account with the immediate withdrawl of ALL US Funds until that Nation meets our Legal Requirements for Not Aiding Illegal Entry into our Sovereign Land.

The ACORNs of the country would be eliminated if not of their own accord, then by elimination of the need for them to register for party members as the two current parties would be removed.
