I'm going to reserve judgment here until I get the full scoop. If Merriman did try to choke this chick, she should have physical signs of the same and if she does, there are much more effective and less harmful ways to stop someone from leaving your house drunk.

That's also one more reason why ESPECIALLY the night before, right after, and the night after a game unless I'm with people I know and I know that I am not going to be at trouble hazard, I STAY AT HOME.(I'm just playing high school ball, and I seem to show more concern for my reputation as a person then some NFL Players seem to.)
