You guys will bounce back. (and quickly). I can see though that you guys are sorely missing Polamalu.

The Browns are truly pathetic though. Personally, I think it may start at the top. Lerner and his infatuation with Belichick has made this team a joke front office wise.

I don't understand the want to go back to something that failed in the past in Cleveland. Whereas the Browns refuse to go down and get someone like say, who follows Marty Schottenhiemr's model, which I think has been far more successful. Hell, you've guys have been using it since 1991? It's worked wonders for you guys. And the last time the Browns used it? 2 AFCCG Apperances and our best team since the 60's.

Also, I'm praying the Browns draft Eric Berry. Though I fear him too will be ruined by us.

I think Lerner needs to hire someone to come in and run the football operation. Much like Bill Parcells in Miami.

Hire him, make him the General Manager, and give him 100% control over the football operation. Lerner needs to step away and just sign the checks.

Seriously though, it was literally pathetic to watch the Browns yesterday as they are not only outmatched physically at every position on the field, but the players didn't really seem to care either.

Watching Willis run untouched into the endzone twice from 15-20+ yards deep was simply sad.

It felt like the Cleveland players knew that their season wasn't going anyway, and had already resigned by week three. . .

A lot of Browns fans are suggesting that Schottenheimer could fill the "Parcells" role. And I'd really support that move. Hell, I'd tap Cowher one last time and offer him whatever he'd like, but I'd doubt he'd touch the Browns with a ten foot pole.

My real dream is that Lerner sells the team to Dan Gilbert (or at least a huge share of it). But that's a real long shot of happening.

Listen up about Quinn. I still think he has the tools, but would you want to be in his shoes? He throws six passes and gets pulled? He wasn't named the starter until 2 days before the first game?

NO QB could play well, let alone thrive, in an atmosphere of retardation like that. If I was Quinn I'd demand an immediate trade and get the Hell away from that putrid organization...
