Barrett Brooks
Barrett Brooks was on 610 WIP this morning. 610 is the sports talk radio station out here in Philadelphia.
It was great hearing him talk about the various teams he's played for and the special chemistry of the Steelers. He's been in the NFL for 10 years and loves the mindset of the Steelers. He's content being a backup role player and absolutely thrilled he got to lift the Lombardi trophy in victory. :) I had a huge smile on my face listening to him talk about the team, Jerome Bettis and Coach Cowher.

A true study in contrasts: Max Starks playing at 345 with under 10% body fat, and Barrett Brooks playing at 325 with what appears to be 90% body fat.
Seriously, it's nice to see confirmation from the inside out, but I gotta go with drizze on this one...no more Sta-Puft marshmellow men on the OL. |

If he is willing to stick around for dirt cheap, I say keep him. He's a vet and in a pinch we could use him as long as he doesnt cost us much.
