if we decide to take a qb in the draft i would rather take a chance with john skelton.

I actually like Timmy boy, but still think that we'll be okay.

If Ben did a really proactive response to this and is found innocent, that'd be best. Maybe Ben taking a step back and doing some interactive things with kids about personal responsibility at all levels. That sorta thing.

You do not draft a QB when you already have Dixon and have 100+ million dollars invested in Ben. Why anyone would consider that is ludicrous, in my opinion.

Are we really serious about that? The guy has played, like, five snaps in two seasons and been injured the rest of the time. Methinks we have a pretty shaky plan if Batch being healthy for the whole season is part of it.

You are dead on and I don't like the fact that we resigned Batch. The only good I see in bringing back Batch is for him to mentor Dixon and helping him progressing in this offense.

I wouldn't mind picking up John Skelton either in the draft. I am looking forward to see what round a team picks up this kid.

And yes Dennis Dixon is our current and future backup QB! Just keep working hard DD

I do believe DD could fill in very nicely if needed for any length of time. Another season under his belt and the Ravens game last season can only help him improve.
