Humans have incredible imaginations. Not only have those imaginations created spectacular works of fiction, but they've also spawned huge leaps in science by questioning and observing and experimenting. It's no special extra leap at all to put tab A in slot A and reasonably hypothesize that humans have, over great periods of time, invented something bigger and better awaiting us other than a black and empty void.

As Preach likes to say, it's the ultimate metanarrative....the grandest story about a story ever told, ingrained into our collective thinking over the accumulated millennium....and it's certainly better than believing in than the boring and awful (and most probably real) vast emptiness of eternal nothingness that ultimately awaits us when we shuffle off this mortal coil.

maybe you've pretty much summed up why Heaven was created. Not so much a truth more a propaganda tool so instead of people thinking that after death we were simply nothing, that maybe after death we went to a better place.

Undoubetedly invented to make our way of life better so we would always think we were working towards something better in the afterlife when the reality really is that we have nothing waiting for us, the light us your last chance to say goodbye.

no because the weight was measured in a vacum, any weight loss via fluids and the like although may leave the body but not the container of the dead person hence why the 21 grams is as of yet a mystery.

We actually know so little about electricity its not even funny. Human beings have walked the earth for I don't know how long, yet we've only been studying electricity seriously for about 200 yrs. 'Maybe' our souls have 'something' to do with electricity...? It is interesting...

Maybe the collective mass of the electricity being sent throughout our brains?
