I think it's important to keep ARE in our team, because he brings more on the system than any 1000 yards WR. We saw that: Plax was not really missing this year. But we will miss ARE on punt return, field position and in all those trick plays. He gives us credibility in making or faking trick plays. Let ARE going and replace him with Antonio Bryant or Cedric Wilson as WR2 won't compensate. Without ARE, our offense will be more predictable.

Hey Barbie - good to see you back on a board again - no-one can understand what the mods were thinking on that other board . . . v much been missed.

And good stuff about Brett - seems like everyone round here wants him to stay as a starter on starter money . . .

Yes I second that. I too was once a member of the "official message board" and between people getting tossed for a variety of strange and unusual reasons, and the fact that everytime you try and post something over there you're either reminded by some jerk who becomes a member of the thread police that its already been posted or ur the victim of sarcastic attacks. I decided to leave as I'm sure others did.

Wishful thinking, but not going to happen...then NFL as we know it is done. Upshaw went home and the NFLPA is not willing to come down at all. No talks scheduled for Sunday...and unless he gets on a plane and comes back...it's over
