So this year it appears that fans will have the ability to make an impact on the rookie madden ratings. As a steeler community i feel like it is our responsibility to ensure that our rookies are as good as possible. Just check out the site and you can modify the ratings of any of the rookies in the first three rounds

wow really Mike Iupati from Idaho playing some STIFF competition gets a 84 OVR vs Maurkice Pouncey who didnt really do much but make Tim Tebow look like a "college" football god, and only gets a 76!!

jeeze if they put him in the game now he would be 2nd on the depth chart behind essex....im sure Iupati is so high because his ratings for run blocking/strength are gonna be freaking high

Lol im not one of those guys that say madden ratings are a good way to evaluate talent. Like OMG Mike wallace is a 99 speed we should draft him!!!

Im just questioning EA sports and how the evaluate talent.

A Center in the SEC vs a Gaurd in the Big Sky Division???

im not knocking Iupati if we didnt get pouncey i would like big Mike on the squad. But come on the best Center in the draft doesn't get above an 80 ovr...?

i would never use the game to evaluate...especially after this year. yes i know im coming out and saying that i am probably one of the bigger madden freaks on here...for half the year santo and wallace had the same speed rating. the EA company lost a lot of fans this year with their roster updates. its obvious that they dont really watch the games or look at combine numbers. rashard ran a 4.45 40 (89 speed rating ) Knoshawn Moreno 4.64 40 (speed rating 89)...polomalu has a 70 tacke rating??? oh and i thought Big Ben was in the top 6 QBs in the league bu he tied for like 10th?? also apparently BB apparently is one of the worst in the NFL at throwing the ball over 20 yards, they ranked him worse than Tony Romo, Matt Stafford, Matt Moore and Matt Ryan, he is one point better than Alex Smth and the same a Jason Campbell... AND his overall dropped from the begining to the end of the season???
