Pirates are off tonight... They play the Cubs starting tomorrow at 2:20. Of course the Cubs aren't doing good either.

quite the little game McCutchen today, 5-5 with 5 runs, 2 RBIs, HR, and 2 SB. now leads the NL with 12 stolen bases

we have at least 5 years of control before we really have to decide to trade to him or not.

What happened to Zach Von Rosenberg (ZVR) ... I cant find his stats anywhere ..did he get hurt or something .... it says he only pitched 1 inning... anyone know?

he is in extended spring training. it might be another year or two before he pitches a full season of minor league ball. the short season and rookie leagues dont start till after the draft, thats when he will start pitching again

Pirates have done well against the Cubs this year, hopefully they can keep it up today and make it 6-0.
