Welker can kill a team deep and short, the only way to cover him is to bump him at the line and have a linebacker or saftey help cover him. Moss was always double teamed which allowed Welker to catch 123 passes last year in like 13 games. The zone type coverage the Steelers play is very good at defending the short passing game if its in the middle of the field, but if its on the outside, it will give up some yards, but I don't think the Steelers will totally bomb against the Pats.
I dont think the Steelers will bomb against the Pats, in fact i think with their OL, Brady wont have much time to do much, thus resulting in those slants.

Now the talk is about Vincent Jackson to the Patriots (all just speculation...no real leads). That makes more sense now. Patriots got a 3 for Moss. SD wanted a 2 and a 3 for VJ. maybe the patriots were willing to give up a 2 so now they will give up one fotheir 2s and Minnesota's 3 to get VJ. Tey get a younger player who is still tall, fast and Pro Bowl caliber. Belichick is no fool. He must be up to something.

Still. I'd rather have us covering VJ than Moss.

I thought the Pats were going for draft picks for Moss?. Guess maybe the game plan has changed for Billacheat.

Any mention of the Super Bowl in week 5 is just stupid talk. Way to much is yet to unravel.

Any mention of "stupid talk" when fans are evaluating changes and getting pumped is melodramatic. lol

Superbowl is always the goal...get used to it.
