when you put it that way we might as well just kneel the ball 3 times and punt

no matter what we do we risk injury, but at this point in the game you do not just shut down your offense and become one dimensional, and doing such really shouldn't be even considered until the later part of the 3rd quarter.

Yeah, I can't understand why people use our sucky line to justify the passing game; "We need to throw it because our line can't block." It doesn't make any sense. Pass blocking is harder than run blocking.

I think he's got a bright future. Too bad he plays in our division and we'll be keeping him out of the playoff every year.

I was shocked to see him fall so far in the draft.

Absolutely correct and running will eat up the clock.

um, how much has Ben been sacked or even hit/hurried much? you don't avoid passing if its working an so obviously not taking a toll

Browns knocked Ben into the following week in a meaningless game two years ago. We were very lucky he only missed a week. I'm sure someone posted the exact same thing as you five minutes before he got hit that time.

And why keep tempting fate.

Run the clock out and get out with the win and worry about the playoffs.
