the steelers werent supposed to be able to do it the "hard way" in 2005.

in 2008 we werent supposed to survive a brutal schedule and it was said to be nearly impossible to beat a team (ravens) 3X in a year.

now its gonna be tough to beat a team twice? we cant do it the "hard way" again?

sure its gonna be tough, but its not like the steelers arent experienced in dealing with the adversity.

I guess I'm not as confident as most here about this game.

The Ravens beat is game one with out Ben. Then in game 2 we easily could have lost that game. If it were not for Troy's strip of Flacco late in the game we probably lose that game. The ravens made plenty of mistakes to help us win that game. I don't expect that to happen again.

It will take our best game to date to beat the Ravens. For what ever reason the Ravens are always at their best on our field. The who makes the most mistakes will lose this.

special teams needs to really step it up.

.
Exactly... It's how most of the games go. A Flacco fumble killed the Ravens a month ago, a Dixon INT killed Pitts last year, two years ago a Flacco fumble in game 1 and a Flacco INT in game 3.

I'm not overly confident for this game because I ultimately think it's a 50-50 contest... two teams that are nearly dead even.
