There are a number of reasons the Pittsburgh Steelers failed to claim their seventh championship and the Packers hoisted the Lombardi trophy in victory. It could have been "Big" Ben Roethlisberger's two early interceptions that led to two early Green Bay Packer touchdowns. It could have been Suisham's missed field goal in the third quarter. It might even have been Rashard Mendenhall's fumble early in the fourth quarter that led to seven more Green Bay Packer points.
