I'm sure to get flamed for this, but the Seahawks are getting killed by the pundits for their draft and I get it with the Carpenter over Carimi pick, but throughout the draft process, I couldn't help but notice that I was cussing out the TV when the Seahawks took yet another player that I wanted the Steeler's to draft or at least felt would've been on the Steeler's board.
Carpenter - possible 2nd Rd pick after a trade down Moffitt - Stud OG, fits Steeler mentality K.J. Wright - OLB with skills Sherman and Legree - DBs I thought would go help us out in the backfield Durham - sure handed, tall receiver who was undervalued Anyway, I'm sure I'm way off base w/ conventional thinking, but other than the fact they reached for several picks, I liked most of the players the Seahawk's ended up taking. |
