LOL I thought we were talking about '83 on. Maybe I am confused, I thought Elway was drafted in '83

he would be 4th if you count the class of 83
83 was used as a point of reference cause thats when 3 qb's who were drafted in the 1st round would eventually be hall of famers (2 1sb ballot hofers, not sure bout kelly but he was probly 1st ballot too.
