... and I'm serious about that. Nothing smells more of desperation than signing Muchostinko and Haynesworth, not to mention what walking headaches they are. These guys are cancers, distractions, overpriced has-beens and perennial losers. I'm going to enjoy watching the free-fall in Foxborough.

people said that about Randy Moss too....all he did was go and help Brady break the single season touchdown mark...

And I have no doubt that just like Randy Moss, these two will have statistically adequate seasons... and that the Cheats will continue their inevitable slide into mediocrity. Remember, Moss and the Patsies lost their sole chance at a title.

Ah yes, no problem. We've been shutting those guys down for years.
BYW, I was surprised to find Haynesworth just turned 30. He's a lot of things for certain but what he's not is too old. |

This is his tenth season. 10. That's double-digit wear and tear on his body. How is that "young"?

He's not young but how many good DL's are 30+ years old in the NFL right now? More than a handful, incuding a couple on the Steelers. My concern would be the possibility of him re-dedicating himself to football. And we all know that could happen up there. Certainly not a sure thing...and he might be a flat-out bust...but it also definitely could happen. If that fat ass is focused and motivated, two things will happen: --- Redskins fans will be lining up to jump off a bridge --- And the Patriot defensive front will no doubt be improved. |

The average NFL career is 3-1/2 years. Ten years is old, I'm sure you can grasp that.
Everywhere Terrell Owens goes, he puts up great numbers, even on a stinky Bills team with no quarterback. But no matter where he goes, they lose (Philly being the lone exception.) It's exactly the same with Muchostinko and Haynesworth. Actually, I dare say Owens is, conditioning-wise, younger than both of these guys. They are perennial losers. Whiny, big-talking, stat-padding losers. That will not change this year. |
