Rex has been there for 2 years, taking over a team mostly void
of talent until he got there. In those two years he made it to
two AFCC games. You want to point the dirty end of the stick
at those results be my guest. Rex took over a 9-7 team and
they have only been getting better ever since. Tomlin took
over a team that was 1 year removed from winning a Super
Bowl. Granted, he did great with that team since, other than
his first year, where he worked the team to death, and they
limped into the play offs, exhausted. But he learned.

I did want Pgh to re-arrange some inappropriate salaries to
get Plex. I am not afraid to take claim to that assertions. Aaron
Smith and Foote are not being paid an appropriate salary. And
doing nothing about it hurts this team's chances. With the Jets
having Burress on one side and Holmes on the other, they
will win lots of games. Sad that NY took _both_ our first-round
WR picks.

Every assertion made has been accurate. It is totally
appropriate to call "a spade a spade" when others
use lower-level tactics such as straw man arguments
and non sequiturs, as well as ad hominem attacks. Identifying
those instances actually cleans up the board to function more
in the realm of logic.

all i know is that IF he was a steeler we'd be saying Plax is shit and he's gonna have 80 catches for 1000 yards blah blah blah.......
i'd rather have Plax making 3 mil a year than Foot making 3 mil a year
and Plax can still be a difference maker but i can't say the same about Foot

I would agree with this. I would rather have Cotchery than Plex. Fits better into our offense and is cheaper.

Being that Plax signed with the Jets without even meeting with Ryan or their GM it's a pretty safe bet that he never intended to sign with the Steelers.
