Hey was curious if anyone will be tailgating in Houston for the 10/2 game? We have a hotel booked across the street from the parking lot so looking to party with some fellow Steeler fans.

Was looking for some tailgate fun too. Rolling in from DC for the weekend and staying with some friends that live downtown. We don't have a plan yet but maybe we can share what we find and coordinate from there?

We'll be a crew of 5; I'm the only actual Steeler fan; the others are Packers/Broncos/Pats; I'm expecting plenty of black/gold down there though!

I just sold an extra ticket to a Penn Stater meeting up with some other PS/Steeler friends that have Texan season tickets and tailgate in the orange lot. Chatting with them about tailgating together; you all are welcome to join.

well if anyone decides to do something call me up, me and my girl will be on foot. thinking maybe about hanging out in the green lot or purple lot if we cant make plans with anyone before hand hope to see some of yall there

The current game plan is getting to the Orange lot around 8am. Realistically I expect to be in the lot and settled with beer in hand by 9.

If you all want PM me your cell #'s and I'll send out a group text when I get a more solid location that morning. I'm guessing we'll camp out there at least until 10-10:30'ish then maybe go mobile and explore the rest of the tailgate on the way to the stadium. Although if we build a Steeler party there no need to go mobile!

Other ideas?

I'm not quite sure of the set-up but it should be decent; canopy, grill, coolers of beer, and black/gold hard hats. Sounds like heaven to me! :)

I have your # and will definitely text ya. If you just decide to wander around I've heard the Platinim and Blue lots have a lot of big setups/parties and worth a walk through.
