Young man - I think you answered your own question above!

Where do you live near Cincy 19Ward86? I live near Kings Island. There are a couple of other posters on here that live around the area too.

A few ket things here.

You started watching and cheering for the Black and Gold six years ago? Then you were nine!
You live close to cinci and you still cheer the Steelers!
You endured the Kordell Stewart later years and never turned colors.

My friend you Bleed Black & Gold! I was raised in a Steelers football loving family, so my experience were from day one. But for the most part at nine years old you root for players anymore, all kids want the latest great players jersey, the team does not matter.

Please do not insult yourself by even considering the thought that you may be a fair weather fan.

You have made many friends here already, just by sharing your story. ts in your blood now, consider your self fortunate. If you every need anything give me a holler.

Rep points to you.

Anyone who has lived through the Kordell and Maddox years is not a bandwagoner.

End of conversation.

Damn Maddox and Kordell Years were hard

I'd have to say the bubby brister years were pretty ruff too.

I say your not a bandwagoner as long as you stick with your team win or lose. Where i live there isnt a football team in the nfl so people down here change teams like they change underwear. every superbowl winner produces more team favorites down here (definition of a bandwagoner).
Living in cincy and cheering for pitt. No band wagoner there

No Steelers fan is a bandwagoner to me .. i invite people all the time to watch games with me, i give them Steelers ornaments at Christmas, i constantly try to make them become " bandwagoners" and is all fine with me. The more love for the black n gold the better i say. I mean to think how many new fans the Steelers have had over the past few years since we went 15-1 and then winningthe SuperBowl is crazy.. You see it by the sales of the terrible towels each year ... the new babies born with Steelers shirts on... i love it and encourage as many new fans as possible rooting for the black n gold. Not everyone has had generations of family members that were Steeler fans and it has taken some time for them to find thier way in life =).
